Trading Terms

All transfers require a 30% deposit and then must be paid in full before the transfer can be done by bank transfer or credit card payment.

Deposits are non-refundable including wedding transfers deposits unless Taylor Luxury Transfers have to cancel due to vehicle breakdown (unavailability).

Wedding bookings require a 50% deposit to hold your booking date and time, and the balance is due 7 days before booking.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details you provide to us—such as your name, contact information, pickup and drop-off locations, and payment details—are collected solely for the purpose of providing our chauffeur services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to complete your booking (such as payment processing).

All personal information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by contacting us.
